Bill Richardson sees the Great Lakes water as a source to help quench his states need for precious water! Great Lake states and Canadian provinces have other ideas! The states and provinces surrounding the lakes are setting up a pact to keep these water grubbing people away from our water! What do states like Arizona and New Mexico think was going to happen when they kept on developing in the desert? No really where did they think that water supply was going to come from? Sorry buddy if you want water you can have all you want up in the Great Lakes Region!
