Men are dying for the Flag, and it’s made in another country?

Legistration in New Jersey is being pushed by one law maker to make it illegal for state tax dollars to purchase foreign made New Jersey State Flags and US Flags. Go ahead and go a step further and ban the foreign made flags state to be made for sale at any retailer. A similar bill is now trying to move forward in Pennsylvania.

Made in China flags are disgrace to the men and women who have fought to keep America free and safe for the roughly the last 240 years. I wonder if the Pentagon is buying US made stars and stripes or not. God lets hope so!

As previously blogged about, Minnesota is on the verge of banning all non made US flags state wide. In Arizona, schools and public colleges were required starting July 1 to outfit every classroom from junior high up with a made-in-the-USA flag. Tennessee requires all U.S. flags bought via state contract to be made here.

Seems the World Trade Organization prohibits the US Government from playing favoritism to US made products. However that law applied to states is at best shaky. Oh is the big bad WTO gonna get mad and kick the US out of the WTO? God lets hope so!!!! Some senator said the US Flag should be made around the world to represent freedom around the world. Wouldn’t you know it a republican senator said that.
